If you’re looking for a place where you can grow your technical depth, work alongside seasoned engineers, and see your ideas come to life in real products — this is the place to do it.

The Opportunity As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you’ll be part of a collaborative team developing and testing advanced semiconductor and microelectronic products. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to real-world applications — from building and qualifying test systems to supporting product launches and improving reliability across complex assemblies.

This is an ideal role for someone with a strong technical foundation who wants to bridge theory and practice, working in a lab environment that values curiosity, precision, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Do

Design, build, and troubleshoot test setups for new and existing products

Support qualification and production testing of semiconductor and microelectronic devices

Contribute to PCB layout and assembly, test box development, and documentation

Assist in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) integration and code development (C# preferred)

Prepare and maintain test traveler documentation for production runs

Partner closely with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth product transitions from prototype to manufacturing

What You Bring

B.S. in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent technical background / relevant military training

Foundational knowledge of power electronics and analog/digital circuit design

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot circuits — both theoretically and hands-on

Exposure to C++, embedded code development, or C# test software (a plus, not required)

Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership in a fast-paced, high-impact environment

Why You’ll Love It Here

Work directly with senior engineers and technical leaders who mentor and invest in your growth

See your work directly impact mission‑critical systems for aerospace, defense, and medical applications

Be part of a stable, established company with a start‑up feel in the lab — where innovation still happens daily
