Process Engineering, part of the Manufacturing Technology (MT) organization, is committed to delivering manufacturing breakthroughs, product initiatives, cost savings, and supply assurance projects with excellence. As part of the MT organization, you will have a direct connection to championing both the consumer and your teammates to be well and thrive every day. From determining & delivering next generation processing systems that meet today’s needs while supporting our future innovation/growth pipeline to designing a new plant, Manufacturing Technology is at the forefront ready to meet the business challenges head on.

Process Engineering team members are the technical experts responsible for the design, construction, and commissioning/startup of complex process & utility projects across the network. As part of a larger engineering team consisting of packaging, process, and project management, we work closely with our plant customers, R&D, and Business Units to optimize projects for manufacturing and business needs. Our goal is to deliver reliable equipment and integrations that exceed startup and safety targets, and help the company grow top and bottom lines.**In this role, you will:*** Lead the development of project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and organizational priorities.* Drive risk management efforts by identifying potential project risks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.* Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of project components.* Support capital planning processes by contributing technical insights for future investment opportunities.* Champion the integration of innovative technologies and best practices to enhance plant reliability, efficiency, and competitiveness.* Travel 50 – 75% to plant and equipment vendor sites as needed for project work* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline).**What we look for:*** Minimum of 5 years of progressive engineering experience across multiple functions; ideally including 2+ years in Operations, 2+ years in Plant Engineering, and 2+ years in a Staff Engineering or Technical role.* Experience managing capital projects, including involvement in capital budgeting and project justification processes.* Proven ability to clearly document and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Willingness and flexibility to travel 25–75% to support on-site project execution and vendor coordination.* Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems, with solid knowledge of engineering standards and practical experience with Continuous Improvement (CI), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.* Technical expertise in dry materials and powder handling, as well as liquids processing systems is preferred* Experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), FDA-regulated manufacturing, or PSM environments a plus.* Preferred experience in both dry materials/powder handling and liquid processing systems.* Willingness to travel 25%-75%#LI-Hybrid**Workplace type:**Hybrid: onsite 3 days a week.**Our values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
