You are an expert in (re)organization and target operating models or HR, project management, and organizational change management
You analyze the impact of digitalization on markets, business models, and value chains, derive viable strategies from this analysis, and develop sustainable organizational architectures
You are responsible for developing modern target operating models across the dimensions of organization, governance, HR, people & skills, technology, and processes—with a focus on long‑term value creation and scalability
You design, manage, and evaluate change architectures, communication formats, and training programs in complex transformation projects.
Ready for Detecon?
Successfully completed degree in economics, business psychology, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
Consulting experience from challenging transformation projects at a strategy or management consultancy with a focus on organizational strategy/business model innovation
Initial experience in managing reorganization projects, operating model transformations, and organizational change management in the context of digitalization
Business fluent German and English skills and willingness to travel for projects (domestic or international, depending on preference)
