The duties of this role include supporting a provider's practice, providing direct patient care and education, reviewing and responding patient questions and concerns, assisting with minor procedures, and care coordination.
- Monday - Friday, 8:00a-5:00pm
- Experience credit to wage range
- $10,000 Sign on Bonus

Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
