Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree in the language being taught

OR a Bachelor's Degree in the language being taught AND a Master's Degree in another language or linguistics

OR the Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications Experience teaching college‑level beginning Italian in an accredited institution.

Pay Philosophy Starting salary for Part Time Faculty is based on educational achievement and prior employment experience up to Step 4. Further step advancement occurs at the beginning of the intersession or semester following completion of multiples of 30 LHE at Santa Monica College.
