Family Physician for Community Health Clinic
We are seeking a
Full‑Time dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician
to join our dynamic and mission‑driven team

As a Family Practice Physician, you will provide a full spectrum of care, from preventive screenings to chronic disease management. You’ll work in a supportive setting alongside a multidisciplinary team, helping improve health outcomes for the diverse and underserved communities we serve.
Open to New Graduates:
We welcome recent residency graduates and early‑career physicians, offering mentorship and support in a collaborative, learning‑focused environment.
Schedule & Compensation
Standard Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays:
Every other Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Flex Schedule:
Enjoy the preceding Friday off when working a Saturday shift
Competitive Salary:
$270,000 – $350,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Mileage Reimbursement:
$0.66 per mile
Required Qualifications
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Active
California Medical License
DEA Certificate ,
BLS , and
PALS
certifications (required)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
HIV Certification
preferred (not required)
Strong clinical acumen and commitment to patient‑centered care
Familiarity with
EClinicalWorks
is a plus
Spanish bilingual skills
highly preferred
