This role combines hands-on execution with stakeholder management responsibilities, requiring someone who can develop advanced paid media strategies, mentor junior team members, and ensure operational excellence across all campaigns & organizational operational processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in paid media with proven ability to manage complex campaigns, and drive business results.**Responsibilities:

Strategic & Accountability** • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with business objectives and ROI targets• Own P&L responsibility for paid media budgets and campaign performance across all channels• Strategic planning for media mix optimization, budget allocation, and channel prioritization, campaigns etc.• Drive innovation in bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization methodologies• Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders• Establish and maintain KPIs, performance benchmarks, and reporting standards for paid media operations**Mentorship**• Guide and mentor senior analysts and junior team members in paid media best practices• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support professional development• Cross-functional collaboration with creative, content, analytics, and other marketing teams• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform representatives• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training on new platforms, tools, and industry trends• Ensure team adherence to quality standards, processes, and compliance requirements**Operational Excellence**• Oversee end-to-end campaign management across search, social, display, video, and programmatic platforms• Implement advanced bidding strategies and optimization techniques to maximize performance• Manage complex media planning and buying processes, including vendor negotiations and contract management• Ensure proper implementation of tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks• Develop and maintain operational workflows, documentation, and standard operating procedures• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement rapid optimization strategies• Crisis management and troubleshooting for underperforming campaigns or technical issues• Ensure compliance with platform policies, data privacy regulations, and internal governance standards**Analytics & Reporting**• Develop sophisticated attribution models and measurement frameworks for cross-channel performance• Create executive-level dashboards and reporting using Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, and other tools• Conduct advanced analysis including incrementality testing, media mix modeling, and competitive intelligence• Provide strategic insights on market trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities• Independent stakeholder management - reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners**Requirements:**• 5-7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing with deep specialization in paid media

• Proven track record of managing large-scale paid media budgets

• Expert-level knowledge of advanced bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization

• Advanced proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, SA360, Meta Business, LinkedIn, DV360, etc.)

• Expert knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)

• Strong understanding of attribution modeling, conversion tracking, and measurement methodologies**Core Competencies**• Strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into actionable paid media strategies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences

• Results-oriented approach with focus on ROI and business impact**Success Metrics**• Achieve or exceed paid media performance targets (ROAS, CPA, conversion volume)

• Successfully manage and develop direct reports with measurable improvement in their performance

• Implement operational efficiencies that improve campaign performance and team productivity

• Drive strategic initiatives that contribute to overall marketing and business growth
