Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $650,000.00/yr Sign-on/relocation bonuses: $100,000 + additional wealth-building bonus program. Long-term Wealth-Builder Bonus up to $350,000 in addition to collections. P1 Wealth-Builder Bonus can contribute up to $70,000/year based on collections (paid after 5 years). Hours: Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Friday 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Flexible 4- or 5-day work weeks available. Opportunity Highlights
High-income potential: $500,000 – $650,000+, plus upside from collections and case volume. Growing patient referrals: 220+ referrals per month from 150–175 referring general dentists across Indiana and Michigan. Long-term stability: Support growing community needs and ongoing success. Established legacy: Founded in 1972 with a strong reputation and referral networks. Dual-location practice: South Bend and Elkhart (17 miles apart) with schedule customization. Full-scope endodontics: Root canals, retreatment, apicoectomies, surgical extractions, internal repairs, and exploratory surgeries. Team and technology: Advanced CBCT, Global microscopes, Endovision, System B, Obtura III Max, and robust backups. New graduate friendly: Mentorship and onboarding support available; ideal candidates often 2–5 years postgrad. Responsibilities
Perform a full range of endodontic procedures using current techniques and technologies. Assess, diagnose, and plan treatment; maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with dental specialists and referring doctors for integrated care. Stay current with endodontic advances and provide mentorship to support staff. Qualifications
Valid licensure in the relevant jurisdiction. Certificate of training in endodontics from an ADA-accredited residency program. Board-eligible or board-certified in endodontics. About the Partnership
