Chicago Technology Audit & Advisory Senior Consultant

Protiviti is looking for a Technology Audit & Advisory Senior Consultant to join our growing team.As a Senior Consultant, you will be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. You’ll identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. You’ll strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction of Managers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies.*Staying current:* building skills in all areas of evolving technology. Senior Consultants in Technology Audit & Advisory work with clients to assess, identify risk, advise, and consult on different technology related topics, including:Experience with or understanding of: Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance, in particular the technology implications and requirements.Ability to translate and communicate technology topics and audit issues to client personnel, including executives.Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate. **Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.Proficiency in PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, and/or RPA Solutions a plus.Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely.
