Responsibilities
Basic repairs on Lucid vehicles including but not limited to removing and replacing parts, body adjustments, tire and wheel exchanges, functionality testing, test driving, and work order administration on vehicles for delivery. Effectively document all vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite. Perform software updates as needed during the inspection process. Communicate and collaborate with service team members (e.g., advisor, manager) and customers. Learn High/Low Voltage systems. Demonstrate attention to detail and a passion for creating positive client experiences. Support remote work and mobile service needs; travel may be required. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
18+ years of age or older. Able to learn the High/Low Voltage process. Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to use basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and learn proprietary DMS software. Willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training post hire. Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automobile repair environments. Prior experience with Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI). Experience with EV diagnosis and repair. Basic electronic principles. Willingness to obtain ASE Certification per Lucid’s Career Framework and additional required licenses (A4, A5, A6, A7). EPA 609 Certification (willing to obtain upon hire).
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation Range : The compensation range for this position is location-specific. Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay within this range taking into account knowledge, skill, experience, certifications, and other factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits : Lucid offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. Eligible employees may participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or an annual incentive program, subject to program rules. Base Pay Range (hourly) : $25 - $32 USD
