Job Description
As a
Portfolio Manager
at Honeywell, you will drive strategy, development, and management of our product portfolio in Electrical Power Management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong market analysis skills, product management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives.
You will report directly to the VP/GM Connected Buildings and work out of our Atlanta, GA location on an on‑site schedule.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall strategy for the company’s product portfolio in Electrical Power Management, aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new opportunities and gaps in the portfolio.
Manage the entire lifecycle of products within the portfolio, from concept through to end‑of‑life decisions.
Lead and manage a team of offering managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive high performance and professional development.
Incubate new software offerings including Electrical Power Monitoring Solution (EPMS), Utility Demand Management & Electrical Equipment Condition Monitoring Solutions.

Qualifications
15+ years of product management or offering management experience with focus on portfolio management.
Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes, tools, and methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field (preferably Electrical).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent strategic thinking and decision‑making abilities.
Experience developing and implementing process improvements and new business models.
