Human Resources Administrative Receptionist Human Resources Office

Salary: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00

Unaffiliated – 40 Hours/Week

Under general supervision performs a range of administrative functions related to human resource management and customer service. Assists employees and supervisors with all human resource needs and performs related work as required.

Responsibilities

Conduct the processing and managing incoming/outgoing calls, mail, information, and correspondence.

Maintain filing and organizational systems for department including but not limited to employee files and profiles, for all past and current employees. Support the maintenance of any additional files of the Human Resources Department to support easy retrieval and reporting of information as needed. Ensure timely archiving of personnel files.

Maintain current folder of forms, form letters, memos, et al on HR shared drive for easy access by all department staff.

Support and assist with scheduling, coordination, and preparation of interviews.

Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and agenda materials, etc. as requested. To include but not be limited to the monthly personnel report for submission to the Department Head for review and inclusion in the Board of Education agenda/packets.

Assist in planning and preparation for personnel-sponsored workshops and recruitment activities as needed.

Assist the HR Team with special projects/assignments.

Requirements

Minimum: High School Diploma/GED

Minimum: two years of administrative experience.
