About the Rev-celerator Graduate Programme The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is built for ambitious graduates ready to kick‑start their careers in tech. Over this 12‑month programme, you’ll join our engineering teams, tackle real‑world projects, and take on challenges that drive impact. With structured training, hands‑on experience, and guidance from experts, you’ll grow your skills, explore different areas, and shape the future of finance.
Top performers may be offered a full‑time role after the programme, giving you the chance to continue your journey at Revolut.
About the role Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.
We’re looking for Java Engineers who want to own the full lifecycle of features, work across varied projects, and collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers.
Our stack includes Java 17, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, SparkJava, Spock, JOOQ, and a TDD approach.

Join us from anywhere The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is open to international applicants willing to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply).

What you'll be doing
Collaborating with engineers across various tech stacks
Building mobile APIs
Developing micro‑services to evolve our architecture
Optimising existing critical systems that our business depends on, such as Risk Management, Fraud Detection, and Payment Processing
Focusing on new greenfield projects and development work.
What you'll need
A 2:1 predicted or achieved grade (or above)
To have graduated university in 2024, 2025 or 2026
A portfolio of multiple coding side projects or open source contributions
Studies of Computer Science, Maths, Physics, or a similar subject
Love for problem‑solving
Fluency in English
Quick learner with an ambitious and results‑driven personality
Excellent communication and organisational skills
To feel comfortable working as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
Full‑time availability for the programme starting in September 2026
