Bldg/Medical School Location-City New Orleans School/Division MEDICAL SCHOOL Department Med-Hematology and oncology Position Summary The LSU Health Sciences Center, Department of Medicine, Section of Hematology-Oncology in New Orleans, LA, seeks an enthusiastic and dynamic oncology clinician-scientist. Academic appointment will be at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor, with rank and track dependent on qualifications. This unique position offers candidates an opportunity for both clinical practice and research endeavors. The selected candidate will have a leadership role in the LSU - LCMC Health Cancer Center and will be expected to be instrumental in building a bone marrow transplant program and cell therapy programs. Research support is available for candidates with demonstrated success as a clinician scientist.
