Community Care is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This rewarding opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys team collaboration, being part of a mission driven organization and who shares our mission to help elderly individuals and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities continue to live as independently as possible in the community. This is a Part‑time opportunity.
Mon - Thu 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM and Fri 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. 32 hours per week. Mon, Wed, Fri – Mequon office; Tue, Thu – West Bend office.
Responsibilities
Word processing and data entry
Answering phone calls and greeting visitors
Taking minutes/notes
Processing mail and generating reports
Photocopying, faxing and filing
Scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
Requirements
High School Diploma
Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience, at least one year in a health care, social service or insurance setting

Our Medicare/Medicaid long‑term care programs serve the needs of older adults and adults with disabilities.
