Highlights Community Physician Network
is actively seeking a
Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
to join our outpatient practice at the
Stones Crossing Pavilion . The pavilion is part of a rapidly growing medical facility that will be expanding to meet the needs of the surrounding community, offering exciting future opportunities for our care teams.
Shared call schedule
Team-Based Care Model
Fully integrated EPIC EMR system
Full onsite lab services
Large group of specialists based nearby, including at Community Hospital South
Growing medical pavilion with future expansion plans
Licensure & Certifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
Desired Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the care team
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
