Security Officer's (Guard Gate, Patrol Officer, Command Center)
Environment:
Luxury Boston Condos (Waterfront Property)
Location:
Boston, MA
Pay:
$22.00-$26.00/hour
GENERAL JOB DUTIES
Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.
Heavy foot traffic location – looking for officer engagement and responsiveness with residents / visitors / contractors / etc.
Interior Exterior patrols, on foot to inspect building and grounds.
High level of observation skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management.
Observe, report, and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.
