Role Overview Lead with purpose as a front‑line manager at one of the nation’s top convenience chains. Drive store performance, motivate teams, and set the example for every shift.
Responsibilities
Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
Lead and inspire a team of 8‑15 employees across all shifts.
Be the primary point of coverage, working days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Perform all duties of store employees, including register operation, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and maintenance of lot and fuel pumps.
Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
Handle banking and cash deposits; must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
Execute all company programs and marketing initiatives.
Assist with deli or QSR operations when required.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Open availability to work any shift, including unexpected call‑outs.
Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
Retail or food management experience preferred.
Willingness to lead by example in all store operations.
Strong communication skills, integrity, and decisiveness.
Minimum age requirement: 18+ in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ in all other states.
Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
In Tennessee, completion of Topshelf Manager Training required.
Exempt store managers must work a minimum of 52 hours per week.

Competitive salary: $43,888–$49,500 per year.
