The Last Mile Site Manager oversees delivery and shipping operations, evaluates budgets, resolves conflicts, and ensures compliance with health, safety, and labor standards. The role enhances customer satisfaction, drives sustainability, and leads warehouse teams. Responsibilities
Coordinate communication flow between haulers/delivery teams, flatbed drivers, call center, and local client management teams. Provide on‑site presence daily, weekly, or bi‑weekly to ensure teams follow procedures. Recruit, process, and manage performance of haulers. Develop and maintain vendor relationships. Follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in‑home damage claims. Interface with end customers to ensure effective in‑home delivery. Maintain monthly operation reports with statistics and customer service scores. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent mathematical skills for calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume. Ability to analyze technical and scientific journals related to the business and market. Strong problem‑solving and reasoning abilities with creative solutions. Company Benefits
