Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite required) Contract:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced
Private LTE and 5G Core Solutions Architect
to lead the design, testing, and delivery of a private telecom cloud solution1. This role is ideal for a senior engineer with deep experience in LTE and 5G core networks and a strong track record delivering end-to-end telecom architectures for regional carriers or utilities.

Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science required; Master’s preferred.
10+ years in 4G/5G core network design and engineering (EPC, 5G NSA/SA).
Strong background in cloud computing, virtualization, and software-defined networking (SDN).
Expert in 3GPP interfaces, network protocols, and subscriber provisioning (CAI3G).
Experience with home-routed LTE roaming; familiarity with MC-PTT is a plus.
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Certifications in LTE/5G Core, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or network/security are a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Design and document High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) architectures for EPC and 5G Core systems.
Lead cross-functional integration with IP, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.
Develop Acceptance Test Plans (ATP) and execute solution validation and troubleshooting.
Engineer and manage private and roaming SIM profiles; enable network sharing (MOCN, MORAN, home-routed roaming).
Participate in vendor selection, security reviews, and compliance activities.
Provide technical guidance and expertise on complex network design and implementation issues.
