Territory Sales Manager (Denver, CO)
A rapidly growing environmental services company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in CO to base out of the Denver market. The Territory Sales Manager role is responsible for leading new business development within the Denver market. Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, this position focuses exclusively on acquiring new clients through outbound sales strategies, in-person visits, and strategic planning. The role requires a self‑motivated individual with strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills who can independently identify and secure long‑term partnerships. Key duties: Conduct site visits Deliver customized proposals Negotiate contracts Maintain CRM records Collaborate internally to ensure smooth customer onboarding Qualifications: At least two years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in environmental or service‑based industries, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, familiarity with the CO market, and bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Compensation and benefits: Base salary $70‑90k, commission, vehicle allowance, and full benefits package. Travel up to 25% within the territory. Seniority level:
