Job Description Summary The Business Intelligence team (BI) delivers data analytics and governance for GOS service lines and clients. The Client Data Solution Lead supports data mapping, assessments, governance, dashboard development, user acceptance testing, reporting, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis, benchmarking, and product support for the client BI platform.

Job Title Sr BI Analyst

Primary Duties

Support the client and account team to design, build, and implement dashboards aligned with the client’s BI platform and global data strategy initiatives.

Gather requirements, communicate with the business, and build solutions from a technical and business perspective.

Focus on client delivery and key stakeholder management.

Support development of the analytics roadmap with the account team, including schedule, scope, and investment.

Contribute to intake/backlog, data dictionary, report inventory, and process for developing custom dashboards.

Partner with the client technology team to understand technical requirements.

Manage key client and account team relationships.

Design BI solutions to assist with account team reporting needs without impacting the delivery of the long‑term roadmap.

Proactively analyze the client’s portfolio and support identification of risks and opportunities.

Drive continuous improvement in the automation and standardization of data requirements.

Utilize advanced analytics tools to transform data, automate workflows, and develop analytical tools.

Work with all business areas to identify required dashboard visualizations and calculations.

Document technical and process activities as required for the data workstream.

Provide verbal and written updates to management on progress.

Knowledge & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering or Technology.

Experience

Business analytics or data visualization software.

Data mapping and modelling.

Self‑motivated with a client‑centric focus.

Power BI is preferred.

SQL is preferred.

Alteryx is preferred.

Power Automate/Apps is a plus.

Experience in a software product team or BI product team is a plus.

Experience handling commercial real estate data (space and occupancy, facility management) is a plus.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (federal project).

Compensation $88,825.00 – $104,500.00 per year (dependent on location, experience and other factors).
