Structural Steel Sales Representative

Location : Remote – Must reside east of the Mississippi river.

Compensation : $100,000–$125,000 base + potential six-figure bonus

We’re looking for a proven structural steel sales professional with experience selling around $50M annually in structural steel services. Join a respected and industry leading structural and miscellaneous steel fabricator with a strong national reputation and steady project backlog.

What You’ll Do:

Drive new business and manage key client relationships.

Estimate, price, and negotiate structural steel projects.

Prepare proposals and coordinate project handoffs with internal teams.

What You’ll Bring:

Must have 3+ years of sales and estimating for a structural steel fabricator.

Strong understanding of fabrication and erection processes.

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
