Position Summary As a Digital Analytics Manager, you will work closely with product teams to evolve and improve our digital experiences for customers and patients. You will use your analytical and problem‑solving skills to define success metrics and measurement approaches to ensure our digital experiences stay healthy. You will collaborate with other teammates across UX, Customer Experience Management, IT, Site Optimization, Marketing, and Merchandising.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide proactive insights to leadership pertaining to product performance and recommend areas for improvement (30%)
Define KPIs and measurement approach for an upcoming feature release in consultation with product owners (15%)
Quantify impact of customer pain points identified by customer feedback in partnership with customer experience management and drive improvement of experience (20%)
Create and maintain dashboards that enable monitoring of in‑market customer or patient experiences (20%)
Manage approximately 1‑2 analysts within the team (15%)
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in conducting highly quantitative analytics
2+ years of experience in SQL or web analytics tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics with an understanding of data warehouse architecture
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in digital click‑stream data and web/mobile analytics tools including Adobe
Experience in Tableau or equivalent (e.g., Power BI)
Project‑oriented, proactive, and self‑motivated work style with proven ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong analytical and logical thinking, problem‑solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail
Education Bachelor's Degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40
Time Type Full time
Pay Range $66,330.00 - $159,120.00. This range represents the base annual salary for the position. The actual base offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position is eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs in addition to the base salary.
