About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Insurance Coverage Attorney

to join a well‑regarded law firm with a strong litigation and coverage practice. This is a

fully remote opportunity within California

for a motivated attorney who is looking to handle complex coverage matters while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a wide range of insurance coverage matters, including analysis, litigation, and dispute resolution.

Draft coverage opinions, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.

Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams to provide strategic legal guidance.

Manage caseload efficiently while meeting firm expectations for quality and timeliness.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in insurance coverage, litigation, or related practice.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $210,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
