What You Will Do
Support operational assessment projects and performance improvement initiatives, including:
Clinical operations and workforce optimization
Workforce productivity and expense evaluations
Detailed service line analyses
System throughput enhancement
Interfacing with all levels of management both internally and at client sites
Performing benchmarking analysis and analyzing financial records to identify opportunities for improved financial performance
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a Healthcare-related discipline
2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field
