Job Summary Seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to assist surgical teams in preparing operating rooms, arranging equipment, and ensuring a sterile environment. Responsible for handling instruments during procedures and maintaining surgical field integrity throughout the operation.
Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields.
Assist surgeons and nurses with instruments and supplies.
Verify and count instruments before and after procedures.
Ensure compliance with facility and infection‑control protocols.
Maintain accurate procedure documentation.
Requirements
Graduate of accredited Surgical Technology program.
Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA or NCCT) preferred.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Minimum 1 year recent OR experience (acute care preferred).
