About the role The

In Room Dining Manager

is an essential member of the Food & Beverage leadership team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees.

What You Will Do

Supervise the consistency, quality, and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms & suites.

Monitor all amenities so they are delivered on time and properly maintained.

Ensure the cleanliness of Room Service and guest hallways by establishing and enforcing clean‑up schedules.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly goals and budgets.

Prepare staff schedules according to forecasts, daily and weekly payroll reports, and scheduled functions.

Coordinate and execute functions or special receptions in rooms, suites and boardrooms.

Demonstrate teamwork, comfort with electronic systems and willingness to accept assignments as needed.

Multitask and prioritize effectively.

What You Bring

Knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting.

One to two years previous employment in a related position.

College degree preferred.

Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment.

Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and passion for customer service.

Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
