Quality Engineer , you’ll provide technical support within the Global Supplier Quality organization, ensuring supplier compliance across materials, components, and services. This role supports cross-functional collaboration to maintain quality standards throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities

Execute supplier quality management activities per regulatory and QMS standards. Conduct technical reviews to assess supplier manufacturing capabilities. Monitor supplier performance in manufacturing, quality control, and continuous improvement. Define and approve

PPAP requirements

for new/revised purchased parts. Manage and follow up on

SCARs, SACAs, and NCEs

related to supplier quality. Lead problem-solving efforts, using metrology and statistical analysis as needed. Support issue resolution on non-conformities through containment and disposition. Collaborate with Incoming Quality for Skip Lot Program adjustments. Maintain detailed

supplier quality records

and ensure ERP system accuracy. Serve as a subject matter expert in

supplier audits

(travel required, domestic & international). Support new supplier onboarding and qualification during product launches or transfers. Generate supplier performance metrics and participate in review meetings. Execute changes in specs/procedures through change order processes. Train and maintain compliance with internal quality procedures. Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Plastics, Electronics, Mechatronics, etc.). At least 2 years of experience in medical industry quality roles. Proficiency in English (written and oral). Strong skills in Microsoft Office. Nice-to-Have Experience

Supplier Quality certification (ASQ preferred). Valid driver’s license. Multilingual abilities. Agile system knowledge. Required Skills

Communication across all organizational levels. Problem-solving with tools like SPC and TQM. Project management techniques. Quality System Regulation, cGMP, ISO-13485, ISO-14971, ISO-9001. Risk management and root cause analysis (CAPA). Ability to manage complex, concurrent projects. Preferred Skills

PPAP process knowledge. Measurement system analysis (GR&R, AAA). Validation: IQ, OQ, PQ. ISO 13485 Lead Auditor certification. Statistical sampling methods. Additional Skills

Use of tools like Project, Visio, Minitab. Internet/email communication proficiency. Benefits
