Responsibilities
Oversee the daily clinical operation of the Mood Disorders Unit.
Manage the delivery of high‑quality and compassionate patient care.
Promote a culture of safety and quality by ensuring continuity and consistency in implementing established standards, protocols, policies, and procedures.
Partner with senior leaders and unit chiefs to champion growth and innovation.
Mentor, supervise, and evaluate the team to reach their full potential and inspire continued professional growth.
Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling.
Regularly assess unit operations and identify process improvements to enhance the patient experience.
Excel as a change agent, advancing initiatives focused on enhancing quality and performance throughout the unit.
Preferred Criteria
Previous leadership experience.
Strong business acumen and communication.
Required Criteria
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN).
Current NYS RN licensure.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
Demonstrated leadership competencies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Salary $150,000–$185,000 annually.
