BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a litigation associate attorney in Fort Lee, NJ, to handle cases in the New Jersey and New York area. This role involves collaborating with clients to achieve optimal outcomes in ongoing litigation. Candidates must be admitted to the NY/NJ Bar.
Duties
Defend a full caseload of litigation from inception through trial independently. Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct thorough legal research. Develop and present legal strategies on behalf of clients. Prepare pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs. Provide timely legal advice and services to clients. Communicate effectively with courts, witnesses, and opposing counsel. Ensure efficient disposition of assigned cases. Prepare and present witnesses and evidence at trials and hearings. Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience with verdict experience. Extensive trial experience required. Strong communication skills for case evaluation and client representation. Excellent writing and analytical skills. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications
Admission to the New York and New Jersey Bar. Skills
