Human Resources Generalist - Manufacturing / Distribution / Recruiting Focus
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $75,000-$85,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, on-site

What you get to do:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for the Carolinas region, from sourcing to onboarding
  
  
• Partner closely with the HR team at headquarters while owning local recruiting efforts
  
  
• Manage employee relations, including workers' compensation, benefits, and leave administration
  
  
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees-addressing HR inquiries and promoting company culture
  
  
• Support HR projects, policy improvements, and process enhancements

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of HR Generalist experience
  
  
• Strong recruiting background and ability to manage high-volume hiring
  
  
• HRIS experience: Netchex (preferred, not required)
  
  
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
