The Icertis Technical Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure solutions on the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This role requires deep expertise in Icertis technical architecture, hands‑on experience in development and integration activities, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and design end‑to‑end technical architecture for Icertis CLM implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Create architectural documentation, including system diagrams, integration plans, and technical specifications.
Establish technical standards and best practices for Icertis implementations.
Development Activities
Configure and customize Icertis CLM modules to meet client‑specific requirements.
Develop custom workflows, business rules, and UI enhancements using Icertis SDK and APIs.
Optimize system performance through efficient coding and configuration practices.
Integration Management
Design and implement integrations between Icertis and enterprise systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Azure AD, and DocuSign using APIs, middleware, and standard adapters.
Ensure secure and reliable data exchange using OAuth, SAML, and API Gateway mechanisms.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
Governance & Quality Assurance
Conduct design and code reviews to maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical leadership during UAT, performance testing, and deployment phases.
Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Mentor development teams and provide guidance on complex technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong command of Icertis CLM platform, including configuration, customization, and obligation management.
Proficiency in .NET technologies (ASP.NET, MVC, Web API), SQL Server, and Azure cloud services.
Hands‑on experience with Icertis APIs, data modeling, and workflow automation.
Deep understanding of integration patterns and tools (REST, SOAP, OData, API Gateways).
Experience integrating Icertis with ERP, CRM, and procurement systems.
Ability to design scalable, high‑performance solutions handling large volumes of contracts and data.
Familiarity with AI/ML features within Icertis for predictive analytics and risk management.
8–12 years in enterprise application development, with at least 4–5 years in Icertis CLM implementations.
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
Preferred Certifications
Icertis Certified Technical Consultant (Mandatory)
Icertis Certified Professional (ICIP)
Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect (optional but beneficial)
Experience: 8–12 years, with a focus on Icertis CLM and enterprise integration.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
