We deliver customer experiences and accelerated growth across many industries. We are looking for an enthusiastic GenAI and LLM Architect to join our Data capability group. The ideal candidate leads project?based teams in a client?facing role to analyze large data sets and develop machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. Experience with enterprise?scale model deployment in production, both on?prem and cloud (GCP, Azure, AWS), is required. Responsibilities Act as the primary architect and technical lead on projects: scope and estimate work streams, design technical solutions, and ensure alignment with business requirements. Provide technical expertise in client communications and serve as a primary consultant during design sessions. Provision cloud or on?prem environments and coach junior resources on projects. Lead the deployment of AI/ML models into production, applying best practices for model lifecycle management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in the architecture, design, and implementation of large?scale, enterprise?grade AI/ML solutions. 5+ years of hands?on statistical modeling and analytical experience in industry or consulting. Masters degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field (PhD preferred). Strong background in ML/AI techniques such as regression, clustering, predictive modeling, neural networks, deep learning, ensemble methods. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers for model development and experimentation. Understanding of NLP fundamentals: tokenization, embeddings, language modeling, sequence labeling, and text generation. Experience with data processing using LangChain, LLM embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering. Advanced knowledge of relational and non?relational databases (SQL, NoSQL), and large?scale distributed systems (Hadoop, Spark). Ability to create compelling insights with visualization tools such as R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, D3.js. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage customers at both technical and business levels. Passion for leading teams and providing mentorship. Experience deploying models on cloud platforms: GCP, Azure, AWS.

Compensation

Salary range: $95,000.00 $115,000.00 per year. Benefits
