Position Summary Wealth Management Associates provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) (FAs), Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs), and teams on a daily basis. As senior members of the service team, individuals in this role build trusted relationships through regular client interactions. A client‑first mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience are essential. The role assists in digital marketing, portfolio holdings, proposal tools, and financial planning.
Responsibilities
Provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team, cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally.
Support the FA/PWA/team in enhancing client relationships by delivering an exceptional client experience.
Assist in meeting preparation, track follow‑ups, and ensure timely execution of client service functions.
Handle traditional client service tasks (money movement, account questions, digital tools, order entry) on request.
Keep current on policies, procedures, and new platforms, sharing best practices with team members.
Assist with business planning and execution of digital and in‑person marketing strategies (conferences, seminars, webinars, websites, social media, email).
Prepare and review client reports or financial plans from firm‑approved systems.
Conduct research using firm‑approved systems.
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills.
Knowledge of financial services products, including equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, insurance, and managed accounts.
Technically proficient and quick learner of new platforms.
Detail‑oriented, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and internet applications.
Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and client service skills.
Strong time‑management skills and ability to multitask.
Team player with the ability to collaborate with others.
Adaptable, goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
