About The Role Peraton is seeking a Supply Chain Analytics, Advisor with a foundation in supplier quality and data-driven operations to support Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) supply chain programs. This role will focus on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting supply chain data to improve supplier performance, enhance procurement efficiency, and support FAA's mission to maintain a safe and modernized aviation infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret supplier quality and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Support supply chain dashboards, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for FAA program reporting.
Conduct root‑cause analysis and assist with corrective action planning for underperforming suppliers.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to improve forecast accuracy, material availability, and delivery performance.
Evaluate cost, quality, and on‑time delivery data to support sourcing and supplier selection decisions.
Maintain and validate supplier databases, ensuring accurate information for compliance and audit purposes.
Use statistical and analytical tools to support inventory optimization and risk mitigation efforts.
Support data visualization and reporting through dashboards and standardized analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
Participate in supplier reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives across the FAA supply network.
Assist in preparing audit‑ready documentation to meet FAA and federal acquisition standards.

Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship required.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or Master's degree and 6 years of experience, or Associate's degree and 10 years of experience, or high school diploma and 12 years of experience.
Experience in supplier quality, procurement support, or supply chain analytics.
Strong understanding of supplier performance metrics, quality processes, and delivery management.
Experience with data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) and familiarity with database management.
Strong understanding of FAR/FAA AMS compliance and documentation requirements.
Familiarity with cost modeling, spend analysis, and supplier risk assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to FAA programs or NAS systems.
Experience supporting FAA or federal government supply chain operations.
Professional certifications such as ASQ CQIA, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Deltek Costpoint, Oracle, or SAP).
Background in predictive analytics, supplier quality audits, or data automation workflows.
Experience developing dashboards or performance visualization tools for leadership review.
Salary and Benefits Target salary range: $86,000 – $138,000. Salary is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, skills, and geographic location. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
