Role Summary

Become an expert in understanding portfolio health and keep portfolios meeting risk‑adjusted expectations through in‑depth research.

Leverage insights on credit‑risk performance and macroeconomic trends to drive recommendations for new lending growth opportunities.

Develop best‑in‑class portfolio monitoring and risk‑identification tools.

Responsibilities

Strong business acumen to understand problems from multiple stakeholder perspectives.

Knowledge of risk‑related domains such as credit bureau attributes, scorecards, loan assignment, pricing, loss forecasting, or collections.

5+ years of analytics‑related experience leading credit strategy; lending experience at a bank or fintech strongly preferred.

MS/PhD in quantitative fields (Statistics, OR, Engineering, Finance, Economics) or bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Analytical thinker who can translate complex quantitative data into actionable insights with excellent communication skills.

Ability to learn quickly and take end‑to‑end ownership in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency in Python, R, or SAS.

Advanced Excel skills with strong logic and SQL database query ability.

Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Domo.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Insatiable curiosity to mine massive transactional data within the Intuit ecosystem for credit‑risk use cases.

Collaborates closely with data science, underwriting, and engineering teams to create innovative underwriting and portfolio‑management tools.
