Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including software, marketing, license, services, partnership, and vendor agreements. Providing real‑time, thoughtful advice on various business and legal issues. Anticipating and identifying potential legal exposures, and assisting in developing strategies to mitigate risk. Requirements
At least 7 years of experience in an in‑house legal department; digital marketing industry experience is preferred. Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting contract terms and conditions. Knowledge of privacy law, including U.S. privacy law and European Data Protection Laws. Experience with Salesforce is an advantage. Ability to produce high‑quality work products in a timely manner in a fast‑paced environment. Dynamic personality, highly team‑oriented approach, strong work ethic, and agile, service‑oriented mindset. Benefits & Expectations
