The firm values collaboration, integrity, and client service and is seeking a Client Billing Representative to join its team. This individual will partner closely with attorneys and administrative staff to manage client billing processes, ensure accuracy, and resolve billing-related issues. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting or finance, excellent numerical and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an accounting or billing function; law firm experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and comfort working with numbers and data Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure Skilled in math and spreadsheet work, ensuring billing accuracy and efficiency Team-oriented with a collaborative, positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated confidentiality with sensitive firm and client information Key Responsibilities Review, prepare, and process client bills according to attorney and client instructions Verify daily billing production and ensure accuracy of entries Generate time and billing reports using database software and prepare ad hoc reports as needed Print and distribute pre-bills and billing-related documents for attorneys and clients Provide training and support for internal billing systems, including ExpertImage, iTimekeep, and PrebillManager Learn and utilize various third-party billing systems to meet client needs Collaborate with team members to provide backup support during absences and assist other areas of the Finance Department as required Apply today!
