Overview:
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive
Social Media & Content Manager
to oversee all aspects of our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and email. This role blends strategy and execution — from developing engaging content ideas and managing posting schedules, to collaborating with our video editor and designing graphics that bring our brand to life.
You’ll be responsible for managing our day-to-day online presence, helping shape how artists and fans experience our brand across platforms.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Posting
Collaborate with the video team to cut, edit, and post short-form clips for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Design graphics and promotional flyers using Canva or Adobe Suite.
Write captions, choose hashtags, and schedule posts across platforms.
Manage and maintain brand consistency across all content.
Strategy & Engagement
Brainstorm and execute creative social media campaigns that drive engagement and follower growth.
Monitor analytics to identify what content performs best and adjust accordingly.
Respond to comments, DMs, and community feedback to keep the audience engaged.
Research trends, sounds, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
Website & Email Marketing
Update and edit website content (using tools like Squarespace, Webflow, or WordPress).
Design and send out weekly newsletters highlighting new releases, events, and community updates.
Track open/click rates and optimize email performance over time.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the marketing and A&R teams to align content with campaigns and events.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and storytelling.
Bring creative ideas to the table for new types of digital content and artist engagement.
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (music industry experience a plus).
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends.
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Suite.
Basic web editing experience (Squarespace, WordPress, or similar).
Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
Bonus Skills:
Video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut).
Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Substack.
Passion for music, culture, and digital storytelling.
