Reporting to the North American Collaborative Planning, Forecast and Replenishment (CPFR) Manager, the CPFR Analyst will support customer satisfaction initiatives while transforming and elevating our collaborative Ways of Working across the North American region. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance McCain Foods' competitiveness and ensure we make doing business with McCain easy. As a key resource within the Customer Experience SC team, the primary responsibility is to support a Customer Centric approach by reviewing the McCain client relationship and providing specific insights on required business process improvements. The role supports both the Customer Excellence and Sales Teams initiatives, fosters joint business planning initiatives following “Best in Class” industry practices, and leverages data analytics to provide insights and guide decisions. What You'll Be Doing

Support strategies to enhance operational efficiency in key areas such as Order Fulfillment, Customer Self Service, Operational Alignment & Execution, and Cost to Serve. Analyze sell-in and sell-out forecasting trends and align future demand. Execute value-added services to drive competitive advantage. Gain insight into the Customer's operations and understand their needs. Gather and interpret relevant data to support root cause analysis and problem resolution for inventory and in-stock targets. Investigate demand variation and identify action plans for the collaborative forecast process. Liaise with Sales and Marketing to gather data and generate demand plan for promotional activity. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that support improved planning, forecast and replenishment collaboration. Proactively identify customer-specific improvement opportunities and create action plans to support corrective measures and process optimization. Monitor and report KPI customer-specific scorecards and present actionable insights. Develop dashboards and reports that highlight performance relative to targets. Develop new procedures and protocols as needed to support process improvements and customer collaboration efforts. Engage with cross-functional teams supporting supply chain process improvement projects. Demonstrate the management of multiple requests and projects while meeting stakeholder timelines. Provide analytics and reporting to support customer-specific supply chain consistency and reliability efforts. Refine exception management processes to meet KPIs and SLA's. Support planning organization progress and improvement feedback. Provide analytical support for projects, new processes, and proposals. What You'll Need To Be Successful

Experience: 5+ years in supply chain within Food and/or CPG industry; detailed understanding of order to cash processes. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficiency in Power BI and Excel. Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Strong SAP competencies and familiarity with transaction research and error resolution. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and BluJay TMS. Bachelor's Degree; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. English fluency; French Canadian a plus. Other Information

58,800 – 78,500 USD annually + Bonus eligibility Benefits
