About The Role The Senior Product Manager for 3rd Party Growth is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and engagement by expanding Angi’s presence across external channels, ensuring homeowners discover and connect with service professionals wherever they are searching. We accomplish this by building seamless integrations with strategic partners, optimizing for high conversion, and delivering a frictionless experience that brings homeowners into the Angi ecosystem. In this role, you will define how Angi integrates with external platforms to reach millions of potential homeowners and pros. Through a deep understanding of acquisition funnels, channel performance, and partnership opportunities, you will set and execute a roadmap that accelerates Angi’s growth beyond our owned and operated funnels. This role is highly cross‑functional, requiring collaboration with business development, engineering, marketing, and analytics to ensure integrations are technically robust, scalable, and deliver measurable business impact.
While this is a remote position, we are a global company and are looking for applicants located in eastern or central time zones to align with our team’s working hours.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain a product roadmap for 3rd‑party integrations, prioritizing based on customer needs, market trends, and growth objectives
Identify, scope, and launch integrations with leading external platforms (e.g., search engines, marketplaces, social channels, and affiliate partners) to drive new customer acquisition
Partner with business development and marketing to evaluate new channel opportunities and translate partnership requirements into scalable product solutions
Leverage data and experimentation to optimize acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and retention across integrated channels
Collaborate with engineering, design, and analytics to ensure seamless user journeys from 3rd‑party entry points into the Angi platform (web and app)
Build strong feedback loops with channel partners to continuously improve integrations and maximize mutual value
Stay close to industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative growth opportunities, including AI‑driven targeting, personalization, and automation
Foster a culture of test‑and‑learn, collaboration, and customer‑centricity within the Product Management team
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical area of study or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with experience in growth products, B2C acquisition, marketplaces, or 3rd‑party integrations
Highly collaborative: work seamlessly across Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Support
Biased for action: make fast, informed decisions with imperfect data and consistently drive progress through rapid iteration
Customer obsessed: deeply understand homeowner and pro behaviors across acquisition and engagement funnels, balancing customer value with business outcomes
Data‑fluent: comfortable with experimentation frameworks, funnel analytics, and tools like Looker, Adobe Analytics, and Snowflake
A bar raiser: push for excellence, bring new ideas and challenge the status quo when necessary
An influencer: align stakeholders across functions and partners around ambitious goals
An excellent communicator: translate technical and business requirements into compelling narratives for diverse audiences

Compensation & Benefits
The salary band for this position ranges from $160,000 - $220,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
This position will be eligible for a competitive year‑end performance bonus and equity package.
