Sr. Kinaxis Integration Administrator Location:

Boston, MA (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Integration Administrator to lead the design, development, and implementation of Kinaxis Rapid Response and Maestro system solutions to optimize our supply chain operations. The role requires strong collaboration across business and technical stakeholders and coordination with ERP teams.

Responsibilities

Play the integration architect role for all Supply Chain Planning solutions, including Rapid Response, Maestro, and PlanetTogether.

Review and analyze business data, technical intent, and interdependencies.

Collaborate with the integration team to build and deploy integration packages that validate and transform customer data for business planning and analytics.

Test complex data and analytic configurations to ensure expected results.

Serve as the integration architect for Kinaxis delivery initiatives.

Provide expertise on integrating Rapid Response with host ERP systems for inbound and outbound interfaces, workflows, query development, and functional specifications.

Engage with technical and business stakeholders to gather data requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.

Coordinate across departments to maintain a cohesive integration architecture landscape.

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response tools as an Integration Architect or Consultant.

Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologies.

Operational knowledge of ERP systems (including SAP), Kinaxis, and MuleSoft.

Experience with data integration and ETL tools.

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Self‑sufficient and effective collaborator.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in supply‑chain planning.

Beverage industry experience.

Knowledge of supply planning, MRP, inventory optimization, production planning, or demand planning.

Leadership experience in technical design for inbound/outbound processes.

Kinaxis authoring certification Level 2/3.

Experience with Agile methodology and process reengineering.

JavaScript and TypeScript expertise.

Compensation Salary range: $91,800–$156,000, depending on experience, skill set, and location. The position includes a discretionary annual bonus and potential car allowance for certain sales roles.
