Role Overview Senior Maximo Solution Architect responsible for leading enterprise architecture projects from planning through delivery in support of federal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead solution design, technical strategy, and architectural documentation for Maximo MAS implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Interface with stakeholders across federal client organizations to align system strategies with business needs
Guide cross‑functional teams and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
Apply advanced principles to solve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance
Support milestone events, audits, and documentation efforts across the acquisition lifecycle
Preferred Education Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
A minimum of 10 years of enterprise architecture experience, including Maximo MAS implementations and upgrades
A minimum of 5 years maintaining complex technical platforms during delivery and steady state
A minimum of 5 years leading lean‑agile squads and cross‑functional teams
Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
Deep understanding of the Maximo Compatibility Matrix and industry standards
Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Cloud platform certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS, IBM Cloud)
A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting federal clients
Experience developing architectural deliverables and technical documentation
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and compliance standards
Proven ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams
