About the Role At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. The Deal Strategy team will analyze market trends, assess business opportunities, develop strategic frameworks, and help clients navigate complex transactions to maximize value and achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support analytics initiatives using advanced platforms and visualization tools.
Contribute to commercial strategy development in the TMT sector.
Interpret data and craft client narratives.
Collaborate effectively within a dynamic work environment.
Develop visual representations to convey trends.
Focus on learning and enhancing skills for quality work delivery.
Participate in client engagement and project tasks.
Utilize critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
What Sets You Apart
Master's Degree preferred.
Experience with collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets.
Support hypothesis development and analytical storyboarding.
Participate in data interpretation and client storytelling.
Work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Hands‑on experience in Python, SQL, R, or completed training.
Proficient data visualization and presentation capabilities.
Benefits & Compensation The salary range for this position is $63,000 – $140,000, with potential annual discretionary bonuses.
