The firm offers comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and wealth advisory services, guided by a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of each client. Position Summary

The Private Wealth Management Advisor will develop and manage relationships with HNW and UHNW clients, providing holistic financial advice and customized investment strategies. The ideal candidate will understand the complex needs of affluent clients, including investment management, estate and tax planning, philanthropy, and intergenerational wealth transfer.

This is a senior client‑facing role requiring a sophisticated understanding of wealth management and financial planning, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with portfolio managers, planners, and external professional advisors.

This role pays a competitive base salary + bonus/commission

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary advisor and relationship manager for a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients, typically with investable assets of $1MM–$50MM+.

Develop a deep understanding of each client’s goals, risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and family dynamics.

Deliver comprehensive, customized wealth management advice, coordinating across investment, tax, estate, and philanthropic strategies.

Lead regular review meetings and maintain proactive, high‑touch communication with clients and their families.

Foster long‑term relationships built on trust, discretion, and exceptional service.

Create and oversee personalized financial and estate plans that align with clients’ long‑term objectives.

Advise clients on portfolio construction, asset allocation, and investment selection in coordination with the firm’s investment team.

Incorporate tax‑efficient strategies and estate planning considerations into client portfolios.

Provide guidance on wealth transfer, charitable giving, and business succession planning.

Work collaboratively with external advisors, including accountants, attorneys, and trustees, to ensure comprehensive wealth solutions.

Business Development & Growth

Cultivate new client relationships through networking, referrals, and participation in targeted business development initiatives.

Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client functions.

Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and expand the firm’s footprint within the HNW/UHNW segment.

Maintain a disciplined approach to prospecting and relationship building consistent with the firm’s brand and service model.

Internal Collaboration & Leadership

Partner closely with internal investment, planning, and client service teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Contribute to the development of the firm’s advisory processes, tools, and best practices.

Mentor and support junior advisors and associates, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Participate in strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing client engagement and service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, or equivalent) preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience advising HNW and UHNW clients in a private wealth management, private banking, or family office environment.

Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships with significant assets under management (AUM).

Deep knowledge of investment products, capital markets, financial planning, and estate/tax planning strategies.

Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver integrated wealth solutions.

Strong business development acumen with a track record of attracting and retaining sophisticated clients.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a polished, professional demeanor.
