platform powers content management, events, room booking, and extensibility with other systems.

As

Senior Product Manager, Activate Core Experience & Integrations , you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of VTS Activate’s foundational platform. You’ll ensure it’s intuitive, reliable, and extensible — enabling other squads and partners to build on top of it.

Note:

This role is based in our New York office and requires in‑office collaboration four days a week, with periodic travel to customers (approx. 10–20%).

What you can expect as a Senior Product Manager:

Own the core platform roadmap , defining the long-term vision for content, events, and booking experiences.

Deliver platform-wide consistency , collaborating across squads to align design systems, shared front-end components, and testing frameworks.

Drive integration strategy , developing and maintaining APIs that connect VTS Activate with partner systems such as calendars, CRMs, and payment gateways.

Launch new experiences and enhancements

that improve usability, engagement, and reliability.

Run continuous discovery

with tenants, building teams, and internal squads to inform prioritization.

Define key success metrics

around engagement, performance, and system reliability.

Champion compliance and security , ensuring adherence to privacy, accessibility, and data protection standards.

To succeed in this role, you have:

5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, ideally focused on core platforms or integrations.

Experience defining APIs, managing integrations, and enabling platform extensibility.

Strong understanding of design systems, front-end frameworks, and UX patterns.

Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.

Familiarity with commercial real estate, content management, or event scheduling platforms is a plus.

Pay Transparency

The base salary for this role is market-driven and ranges between $163,600 and $200,000, determined by factors including skills, experience, interview performance, leveling, and geography.
