Program Overview We are part of the FAA's Business, National Airspace, and Technical Computing Services (BNATCS) contract, advancing safety, efficiency, and modernization of the National Airspace System (NAS).

About the Role As a Workforce Analyst you will manage resource allocation, staffing, recruitment, interviewing, hiring, personnel tracking, retention, and performance reporting for the program.

Collaborate with program leadership on design and execution of Workforce Management programs and personnel processes.

Develop and maintain relationships with Peraton, HR, and TA teams to fulfill staffing requirements with qualified candidates.

Manage program staffing execution in collaboration and coordination with key stakeholders.

Analyze overall program resources to identify shortfalls and deficiencies; drive identification and fulfillment of program billet requirements.

Coordinate resource allocation and performance with Peraton and subcontractors.

Support surge, contingency, and internal staffing movement.

Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience with a BS/BA, 0 years with an MS/MA, or 6 years no degree.

Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Experience working with corporate functional roles such as Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Security, Training, Marketing, and Communication.

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to deliver outstanding results.

Details Target salary range: $66,000 - $106,000. Salary determined by scope, responsibilities, experience, education, location, and business considerations. Eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
