Our client is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to take the lead in defining and executing user experience strategy across multiple digital products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending research, strategy, and design thinking to create products that meet both user needs and business goals. Youll collaborate closely with cross?functional teamsproduct managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholdersto drive data?backed decisions and improve the overall user journey. Responsibilities

Plan and conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability studies to uncover pain points and inform design decisions. Translate research insights into actionable strategies, presenting findings and recommendations through reports and visual storytelling. Create UX artifacts such as journey maps, personas, process flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate the user experience vision. Facilitate or participate in design workshops that connect user needs with business strategy. Partner with design and development teams to ensure final implementations align with the intended user experience and business outcomes. Implement and manage in?app guidance tools (e.g., Pendo) to improve onboarding and user engagement. Write clear, concise, and user?friendly microcopy, tooltips, and onboarding content that aligns with brand tone and supports usability. Define and track success criteria for launches, using analytics and feedback tools to evaluate outcomes and identify improvements. Conduct UX audits and analyze data from tools such as Maze, Qualtrics, or Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities. Stay current on UX research methodologies, design trends, and evolving user behaviors to guide continuous improvement. Manage priorities across multiple projects and collaborate effectively with distributed teams. Contribute to internal process improvements and help refine UX standards and best practices. Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in UX, design, psychology, human?computer interaction, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UX research Strong understanding of user?centered design principles and usability testing practices. Skilled with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, or similar. Experience with analytics or testing platforms such as Maze, Google Analytics, or Qualtrics. Seniority level
