Position Overview We are seeking a skilled attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join our thriving Business and Real Estate Litigation practice. This role provides the opportunity to handle a broad spectrum of complex disputes, including high‑stakes real estate and business matters. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail‑oriented professional with strong advocacy and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in real estate litigation involving contractual, statutory, and tort claims. Handle business litigation matters such as breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, trade secrets misappropriation, and employment conflicts. Manage cases independently from pre‑litigation through resolution, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Advise clients on risk mitigation and legal strategy related to ongoing disputes. Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements. Participate in negotiations, mediations, and court appearances. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of California business and real estate law.
Qualifications Licensed to practice law in CA in good standing. 2+ years of experience in business and/or real estate litigation preferred but not required. Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Understanding of real estate contracts, fiduciary law, and business torts preferred. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
